SASET Manager: Anna Celesta

I would like to take this opportunity to greet the communities, service providers, businesses and clients of our catchment area and express what an honour it is to be Manager of the SASET program.

I was part of the team that assisted in the development of the ASET five year business plan and will be the department Manager through our host agency contractor Stó:Lō Nation in the transition over the next six months to mobilize services into the ASET program.  The program carries with it ASET's redefined deliverables from Service Canada of: Labour Market Driven, Accountability and Partnership Development.

I would like to acknowledge the creative staffing that serves the SASET catchment area at our Employment Assistance Service Offices and the hardworking, dedicated staff that work to administer programs here at SASET.

I am honored to introduce our staff to you and we are available for information and discussion of the SASET program, what it can mean to communities, businesses and services as it applies to employment and the First Nations clientele we serve.

My main focus and concern is providing guidance to those seeking employment or training. I work with the clients to develop a plan of action that assists them on their journey. This guidance can be anything from resume updating to full blown career decision making. Nothing beats the enjoyment I get when a client comes in and informs me that they have found a job and gives thanks for the assistance.
